职责描述:
      1. 在护士长领导下开展工作；认真执行各项护理制度和技术操作规程，正确执行医嘱、准确及时有序地完成各项护理工作，做好查对及交接班工作，防止差错事故的发生。
      2．负责器械的清洗、消毒和诊断台检查物品的齐备，做好开诊前的准备工作；做好基础护理和心理护理工作。经常巡视，密切观察患者的病情变化，如发现异常情况须及时报告。
      3. 协助医师进行检诊，严格按医嘱（或治疗单）为病人处置，如要改变处置方式，必须征求诊治医师的同意后方可进行；
      4. 做好消毒隔离工作，防止交叉感染；负责使用运动平板、心电图、肺功能、高压锅、雾化器等机器，并进行日常保养。
      5．负责外勤工作。如带病人至仁济做CT/MRI、胃肠镜、人流、放环、IVF、看门诊等，负责将病人的精液标本送至仁济等。
      6．负责门诊常规和器械的维护、保养工作。轮流负责夜间接听热线电话。如有出诊服务，负责联系医生并配合陪同医生完成出诊服务。主动协助团队中的其他成员完成工作，与其他部门紧密配合、相互支持。
      要求：
      - 大专以上学历，医学、护理学、临床等相关专业
      - 2年以上高等级或涉外外资私立等医院各种科室护理岗位工作经验，
      - 英文或日语听说读写熟练 负责翻译工作（书面资料翻译及病人与医生之间的翻译工作），翻译病史。
      - 有海外留学、海外护理护工工作经验优先。
      - 拥有护士资格证书 熟悉各药品的使用（包括疫苗）及配伍禁忌。
      -认真、负责、细心，专业扎实，知识面丰富。
