要求：Qualifications
      1、持护士资格证，良好英语口语水平，大专以上学历；
      Bachelor degree or above with good spoken and written English, a nurse qualification certificate is a must
      2、良好应对和处理问题能力；
      Strong abilities of handling questions and solving problems
      3、熟练电脑操作技能(Word/Excel/PowerPoint等)；
      Excellent PC skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word,Excel,Power Point etc.
      4、能够同时处理多项事务；
      Consummate skill of managing multiple transactions at the same time
      5、具有团队合作精神。
       Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
      
      职责Responsibilities：
      1、负责接待国际部病人和VIP病人，预约和登记注册、提供护理服务；
      Taking charge of receiving International department’s patients and VIP patients, making appointments and registrations , providing nursing service.
      2、负责电话咨询有关国际患者服务事宜；
      Answering phone calls about International patients’ services items ;
      3、熟悉掌握各项医疗流程，服务项目和收费；
      Acquiring a good knowledge of various medical procedures, service items and charges ;
      4、能够服从部门排班， 必要时节假日轮班；
      Obeying department scheduling and holiday work arrangements when necessary.
      5、负责引导病人进行检查、缴费等相关工作；
      Guiding the patient with examination, payment issues and other related work ;
       6、服从部门领导其它工作安排。
